Hi! I'm Helen Beaumont Manahan, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
I've been supporting breastfeeding mothers since I began working as a Breastfeeding Peer Support Worker for the NHS in 2007.
I'm also a working mum to three great children - nearly four-year-old twins and a son of nine. Perhaps predictably, they were all breastfed until toddlerhood!
I firmly believe in informed choice for parents when it comes to feeding decisions. I'm also a total sucker for a bar or seven of dark chocolate.
